Return and refund period

At Saversground, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

The product/service offered on this website is provided by a company based outside the European Union. Therefore, you may encounter difficulties exercising your 30-day right of withdrawal. Please see the conditions below for more details.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• To be in their original packaging with all accessories included
• Include proof of purchase (order number)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@saversground.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned package.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible. If you wish to change the size or model, simply contact us at contact@saversground.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
